Jason Moreno is a strength coach and consultant whose work has spanned athletes, high-performance environments, and long-term client development. His coaching approach emphasizes structure, movement quality, and performance systems that hold up over time, not trends or shortcuts.

His background includes spring training leadership with Major League prospects, performance coaching for Chinese National Teams during an Olympic cycle, and sports performance operations that required both coaching precision and organizational leadership. That mix of experience shapes the way Strength Republic serves athletes, professionals, and adults who want a serious training process.

Jason is also married to Dr. Vanessa Moreno and is the co-founder of the sister company The Strong She PhD. Together they are building coaching and education systems that reflect both evidence-based practice and real life.
